Data deletion

You can remove your data from AICMO at any time.

Disconnect a channel

  1. Open AICMO and go to Automation Center → Connections.
  2. Choose the channel (for example Instagram or Facebook) and click Disconnect.

This deletes the channel's access token from our servers immediately. AICMO can no longer publish to it or read its data.

You can also remove AICMO from the platform itself: on Facebook and Instagram, open Settings → Apps and websites and remove AICMO; on LinkedIn and X, open your connected apps settings and revoke access.

Delete your whole account

Email hello@aicmo.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my AICMO account". We delete your workspace, Brand Brain, posts, images, metrics and channel tokens within 30 days and confirm by email. Billing records we must keep by law are retained only for that purpose.
